Make the
floor spin

Nicolás DJs for the people on the floor — reading the room, building tandas that breathe, and choosing music that supports dancers rather than showing off obscure tracks.

Philosophy

“A dancer’s selection to make the dancefloor spin.”

Nicolás DJs the way he dances - from inside the floor. The focus is orchestral recordings from the late 1930s to the early 1950s, the golden age - Di Sarli, D’Agostino, Caló, Pugliese, Troilo, chosen and sequenced for how they feel to dance, not to impress the DJ booth - with the occasional contemporary orchestra when the room calls for it.

Above all, the music supports the dancers: readable tandas, honest cortinas, and an arc across the night that keeps the embrace alive from the first vals to the last milonga.
