Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal

If you buy a lesson pass through this website as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example an email or a letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount that is in proportion to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early start and expiry of the right of withdrawal

A lesson pass is a balance of lesson units available to you immediately after purchase. At checkout you tick a box confirming that we should start the service before the withdrawal period ends, and that you know you will pay for the units already used if you withdraw.

The value of a used unit is the proportional purchase price: the price divided by the number of units of the pass. Example: for a 5-lesson pass at 80 euros with two lessons attended, we refund 48 euros.

Your right of withdrawal expires once all units of the pass have been used before you declare the withdrawal (§ 356 (4) BGB).

No right of withdrawal for fixed dates

There is no right of withdrawal for workshops, festivals and other leisure events for which the contract provides a specific date or period (§ 312g (2) no. 9 BGB). The respective registration terms and clause 7 of our terms and conditions apply.
