Payment and delivery

Payment methods

Online through our payment provider Stripe:

• Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• SEPA direct debit

On site at the school: cash or card.

All prices are final prices in euros. As a small business under § 19 UStG our sales are exempt from VAT; we show no VAT. You enter your payment details directly with Stripe; they do not reach our server.

Delivery

Lesson passes are digital credits. Nothing is shipped. As soon as your payment is received you get a confirmation email with your invoice as a PDF, and the credit is ready to use. With SEPA direct debit the confirmation can take up to two working days until the payment reaches us.

There are no shipping costs.

Invoice

Every online order receives an invoice with a sequential number. It is attached to the confirmation email. You can request it again at any time by emailing info@griseldanicolastango.com.

Refunds

Refunds, for example after a withdrawal, go back to the payment method originally used. Depending on the method it can take up to ten working days until the amount shows on your side.
